sing me a song

aren't 2 year olds the greatest things ever to happen? and probably the worst too.

i'm just really loving where reese is at right now.

for christmas santa brought a piano just her size.*  i love it. she loves it. win-win.

she spends a good chunk of time sitting there tickling the ivories and singing her guts out to classic songs as well as made up ones. some favorites: twinkle twinkle, , raindrops falling on my head, i am a child of god, bobby sue, sunbeam, jingle bells, etc.. etc..

best. thing. ever.

*a toddler size grand piano? don't mind if i do. {pass the idea on to santa, that is.} i've really been missing having our upright in our home.  it's currently in storage until we move to a more permanent place {aka non rental}.  music was such a huge part of my growing up life, i haven't wanted reese to miss out on the same. having instruments as part of her every day being is important to me, even if it is just a tyke sized one. bless that santa's soul.
